Also about taxes and residents+163The 47-50% of US residents who don't pay taxes should have no say in how those who do pay's money/tax dollars are spent, amirite?
Also about taxes+101It's stupid people think that birth control shouldn't be provided by health insurance because they think it's wrong. I don't believe in the war, I still have to pay taxes that support the war. I think organ transplants are morally wrong, so either health insurance shouldn't cover organ transplants for anyone or people can just pick and chose what taxes they pay. No. Moral opinions don't get to make the law. You pay what the government tells you to pay and if you hate it that much, leave, amirite?
Also about Law-89It doesnt matter what they say, both sides of these recent protests are wrong in their actions. Amirite?
Also about Law-55Its wrong to destroy property that someone else has put their blood, sweat, and tears into just because you dont like something feel free to comment why you disagree. Amirite?
Also about taxes+137It's annoying when people constantly complain of not having their taxes low enough. Then they complain of lack of government services, due to lack of money coming in from taxes. Amirite?
Also about property taxes+4We always hear about a need for new taxes to help our schools. I'm not buying it. One of the big pushes for legalization of marijuana here in Colorado was that the money would be used for education. Last year, Colorado collected over 260 million in marijuana taxes. Not one penny went to teachers or students. Now they want to increase property taxes and other taxes, to support our schools, once again. Where the hell is the money going and why aren't corrupt politicians being held accountable?
Also about taxes and residents+51It's lame how the government is fostering an environment for class warfare, where the wealthy/successful are vilified and punished when they already pay the highest taxes and take on much of the burden for the 47-50% of residents who don't pay taxes at all and yet have say in how tax money is spent, amirite?
Also about property taxes+30Wealthy corporate churches, in our area, are building like crazy and since they don't have to pay property taxes they can afford to. How long will it be before atheists and non-religious people get tired of paying for people's religion? amirite?
