Not true. Cow populations have been artificially inflated to be eaten, but even if every human decided to go vegan tomorrow, cows would still exist. They just would live in spaces like the hills of Scotland instead of the farmlands of Ohio.

Multiple breeds of domesticated cows would go extinct but cattle in general would not.
