The Baby of a Vegan can't be Vegan as the breast milk it drinks comes from an Animal. They also can't formula feed as there is no Vegan formula. amirite?

That's not how veganism works. It's about consent. The mother obviously consents to feed her child, while an animal can't consent to be consumed or have their milk taken from them. Also there is vegan baby formula. So... You're just kinda wrong.

We don't apply the requirement to obtain consent to non-human animals because they don't possess the level of intelligence of humans to be able to make decisions based on ethical considerations.

Squids, chimps and so on and so forth all are super intelligent and conscious, with the latter even proven to make decisions based on moral and emotional intelligence. Chimpanzees kill and eat monkeys and other animals.

Lol, funny enough chimps have an organized hierarchy with a multitude of laws and punishments for disobedience and there are no riots because xy in their societies. Being a vegan means you dont consume other animal products. Breast milk comes from humans and is meant for humans, so it is vegan.
