Difference between a comedy and a tragedy is in its ending, rarely do superhero movies/comics series end in tragedy.

the marvel universe has 21 comedies. as such it's success in recent years we've seen all studios try to cop that style. the only non comedies in the last few years are snyder's, infinity war and joker.
