+532 It sucks when you yell out "Hi" to someone a couple feet away in the halls but they don't hear you and you look like a total idiot because everyone stares at you. amirite?

Lol same D: Now it's gotten to a point where I just kind of try to ignore the person until we are pretty close and if make eye contact then I say hi..but then I feel like an idiot if they didn't hear me...or chose not to say hi back? bleh

Yeah, that why I have decided that I will only say until they say it first. It's more embarrassing when you are calling someone's name for a while, wondering why they aren't turning around, until you find out it's not them.

Or, if you go right up to them and start to talk before noticing that it is indeed not them. That's the worst! :D

Haha I think you win. It also sucks when you get in the wrong car and have an entire conversation. It happened to my mom.

Woah, that would be really weird!

Yeah, my dad went back to pick up his phone charger while my mom went to buy food. Unfortunately, right when we left, a truck that looked exactly like ours got there.

Then I just stand around awkwardly and try to change the subject. "Hi!" -ignores- -everybody stares- "Um, so, when's daylight savings time...? Spring forward, fall back?"

I'm pretty convinced people do this on purpose, occasionally.
