Everyone's paranoid about not reading the terms of service? I don't think that's true at all. The terms of service exist to protect the company from _you_. They are trying to shield themselves from legal liability. The worst they can do if you violate the ToS is ban you from the service. As long as you don't care that much about the prospect of suing the company, you don't need to worry at all about not reading the terms.
