Feb. is overpriced. Same place, same price, less for it.

I'm stealing this ... Feb is overpriced. Too right.
And it's got Valentine's Day in it!

I want a refund for February

I get paid twice a month rather than every other week or something, and definitely prefer it for this reason..

February is exactly 4 weeks long. Someone who gets paid every other week will always get paid twice in February. I think I prefer getting paid every other week since that way I get 3 paychecks a month twice every year.

But also, sweet, sweet pay checks

In my country most people get salaries on the 25th of every month. So there are actually less days between Feb pay day March pay day. So March is actually shortest month to wait for salaries.

Just so I understand
Do you get just get payed for hours worked in the US.
Not a monthly salary? If so, is it always like that
by Anonymous4 years ago
Some people get paid every two weeks, some people get paid once a month. Most people are paid hourly but some get paid a salary amount and make the same no matter the exact hours worked (typically high end or full time jobs are salary)
by Anonymous4 years ago
Depends on the job. Full time jobs or higher up positions will usually be a fixed salary whilst other jobs will be paid on hours worked.

##youll get your rent when you fix the door

I made it a habit to pay all my bills on the first of the month.
Otherwise, there is a rather large chance of me forgetting to do it later in the month.
And today is the first, so its time to pay the bills in a few hours.

If you work a salary job you work an extra day when there's a leap year. Bastards.
by Anonymous4 years ago
Not really?

You're not homeless, you're under state sanctioned torture until you confess.
