It sucks when you're eating something spicy and water only soothes it for as long as it's in your mouth. As soon as you put it down you can just FEEL your taste buds dying. amirite?

Hmmm... Nope, not a solution.

Being that water just spreads the spices from the food around the mouth, of course it would burn even worse.

It's much better to have dairy products such as ice cream, yogurt, milk, or sour cream.
