no because pinochhio's nose is not based of whether a fact is true, its whether he thinks he is lying or not, for example if you asked pinocchio "do aliens exist?" and he said 'yes' his nose would only grow if he doesn't believe aliens exist but thats just his belief and not necessarily fact.
