This actually isnt true. Scientific studies have show that there are only 3 types of events: either somebody sneezes, a cat growls at a bumble bee, or somebody gets infected with rabbies. All things that occur in the universe fall under one of these categories. And with each second seen as a trial, one in 9 seconds is identical to another (on average at least). So all seconds are one of 9 types
