Only the copy kept at their attorney's office. That's my plan.

I think Google has a deadmans switch for this situation, my parents have set me as the contact so we don't lose family photos and get into everything else, just in case.

Don't wait until someone is dead to find out what to do - will most likely be too late, or will be lots and lots of hurdles to overcome.
