Yall hear me out. When he regenerated his arm and legs, they were baby parts. Given the fact that he is a super freaky merc, he has likely gotten himself into an incident where his dingdong has snapped off for one reason or another. So then he grows back a teenie peenie.....it's safe to say that would grow back fully intact.

I know what caused the scars, im saying of his circumcision would have healed 'by now', then wouldnt the scars as well? Does he regenerate to pristine condition or just pre-mutation condition? They aren't scars, it's active cancer growing. His regeneration just cancels it out, so the cancer is constantly still there attacking his tissue while it's also constantly regenerating

But how does his regeneration work? As we saw, when body parts are cut off, they regrow as ‘baby' parts, and ‘age' to his body's age. So, how does his regeneration work? Does it restore him to the state his body was in before, or to the ‘pattern' his genetics have? I would assume the latter, as mutants are supposed to be *genetic* mutants, meaning that regeneration is going to function on genetics, right? And it's also pretty safe to assume that his dick will have been shot off, chopped off, or something like that at least once by this point, so will have regrown from scratch, so I would assume it's regrown his foreskin, too, if he was circumcised.

His and Wolverine's regrowth seems to have set patterns that they regrow into, since Deadpool's bald it's less obvious on him but look at Wolverine's hair. It always grows back like that.

That's not true, though. The tumours are a part of the genetic mutation that gave him the regeneration. That means that when his body regenerates, those tumours stay there, as they're still part of his genetic code.
