Water can evaporate below 100°C and it doesn't instantly turn to steam at 100°C, amirite?

You can collect water with a strainer if you can wait till becomes an ice cube

It is also proportional to the surrounding air pressure

It evaporates off of ice too.

It boils at 100°c at sea level it doesn't vaporize at that temp. Evaporation is based on air pressure, humidity and temp. I would imagine even ice could evaporate in the right conditions

Depends on atmospheric pressure.
