Multiple dimensions can and do exist as well as multiples of you (whether you are male female or other) and we probably access those universes and dimensions while sleeping.

You must be a flat Earther. There are valid theories stating that multiple dimensions and universes do exist, and as of yet, we don't have the technology to access them.
