As a joke it's fine. To do it in public, is a different story. Not too long ago some kids from Brooklyn heights thought they were ghetto because they were from a part of Brooklyn (apparently all kids think its a ghetto). Anyway they went to crown heights (an actual ghetto) and got their asses kicked by some guys for the sold purpose of acting like an idiot and trying to be ghetto
