Of course the 8 billionth person won't realize they're the 8 billionth person... population and birth statistics are not nearly sufficiently precise, so nobody could know.   And besides, that person wouldn't stay the 8 billionth living person for long. As soon as someone older in the world died, the 8 billionth would become the 7,999,999,999th living person in the world.
