Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana are the most beautiful states, yet only weirdos live there. amirite?

Hate to break it to you but weirdos live in every state. They're everywhere.

It's just easier to point out the weirdies due to the contrast to the beautiful surroundings.
In big cities everything is happening around you. There's just as many weird people, but you don't have much time to notice and they don't stick out as much.
When you're out in nature, looking at amazingly vast landscapes… the people around you stick out a lot more and you notice a lot more about them.

Oh, sweet summer child; thinking USA is the only country with beautiful states and/or weirdos

Why?

Idk. I'm curious too.
Drove through Wyoming and it was deserted except for a few small towns with barely anything.
Idk how people live their whole lives happily there unless they earned their money elsewhere.
No evidence of a healthy economy.

So that's why they are "weirdos"?

Since when is having a Sonic and a few municipal buildings a sign of economic health? Can't we ever just leave nature alone and still view it as a blessing?

Utah is the king of land beauty + weirdo population

lol. Productive weirdos these days though.
Lots more tech than in the past.

Excuse me, I've been to Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, and Idaho, and they are beautiful. Do they have their fair share of so-called "weirdos"? Yes. White supremacists, anarchists, racists and anti-Semites unfortunately abound. But, unless I'm mistaken, none of the tragic school shootings happened in any of those states for example. The bombing of the Murrah federal building in April of 1995 was perpetrated in Oklahoma by a native Oklahoman. We need to guard/protect diligently America's wilderness and parklands, or we'll all be "weirdos" soon.
