+44 Young people have no problem watching old and slow anime, but then they can't watch old movies because they're old and slow, amirite?

I'm in middle school and I watch a ton of Artsy films like 2001 A Space Odyssey and Stalker. People at middle school have no absolutely no problem watching old animes like Neon Genesis Evangelion but they can't watch old movies like 2001 or even Aliens because they are "boring"
