No... Never...

Even if you "run out if fuel" you still have a lil bit of fuel left, so even then you will have atoms from your original fill. But it's not the most uncommon repair to have the fuel tank replaced, due to rust or puncture etc...

And a car that did run out of fuel can get issues with their fuel pump
