If you're not getting it from the wife, it's your fault dude. When you two were joined in holy matrimony, there was no tiny text that said "unless the husband isn't getting anything from his partner". When you said "I Do", that meant you married her for HER not if you two are going at it every time you want. And, I think you deserve to be locked in a tiny closet if you think the only way to keep your sanity is sex. You're making us guys look bad!

If my mom grounds me, I don't go out and find an adoptive mother who'll let me play. Doing this takes away something that wives use to keep their husbands well behaved. In return, (and this is working on the 'classic' family model) the husband can buy necessities for his wife and not give her miscellaneous spending money. If she robs a bank, it's still robbery, not keeping your sanity. In the new family model, wives work, too. Also, porn is widely available, considering the amount my friends talk about it. So shut up.

That isn't the same as withholding sex from someone, unless it's for a couple of hours... if you're withholding sex from someone, then it has to be longer than an impressionable amount of time. So instead of finding an adoptive parent, because you got grounded, it would be because they were abusing you. Sex is one of the most basic human needs.... Also think of the wife robbing a bank, because the husband is stopping her from working and not giving her any money... or stealing all her money and leaving her empty handed, so she can't eat or buy clothes or anything. Also, some people don't like porn, also also some spouses don't approve their partner watching porn

Sex is not a need. It's just a really big want. I've survived 16 years and counting without any form of sex. Abusing would be withholding sex and hitting you in the nuts. I said that he would give her money for necessities, just to miscellaneous spending. Like multiple dresses and shoes of similar designs. A lot of people don't like broccoli, but if stranded on an island with nothing but broccoli and a poisonous version of your favourite food, you'd probably eat the broccoli. If their spouse doesn't approve of porn, they should stop withholding sex. Porn is the lesser of three evils here. The other two being cheating and being constantly pissed at everything. Also, you can use the internet.

We're talking about recreational sex here, not all sex. Reproduction is a need, sex is not. It is possible to continue the human race without sex, but it will be inconvenient. If unspecified, need refers to essential to the survival of the individual, not the species. You won't die if you don;t have sex, but your family line might.

No no, you have to look at the bigger picture. You can't look at just one person doing it and then make a generalization. In order for it to be accepted as truth, your theory must be universally applicable. And I said if everyone did that, meaning the people from 500 years ago too. Everyone as in anyone who existed through out time. So if the first humans didn't have sex either. So we wouldn't even get to this point. Sex IS a need if you want the humans to keep existing.

It's interesting seeing people assume the wife is witholding because she wants to. There is always the possibility that she is having self image problems, she's sick, she's got no sex drive. The list goes on. Yes, sex is a healthy part of a relationship, but its not the only part. If she's witholding sex just to piss off the husband or to get something, that's not right. If she's having problems with her body or she's depressed or something, the hubby needs to man the fuck up and talk to her instead of looking for a $20 blow. This also works vice versa, if the hubby isn't wanting sex, the wife should ask. I know its a stereotype where women will withold sex for something, but anyone I know usually has health problems that cause them to not want, or can't have sex.
