It is, ok? It is very rude to say that. I understand that when you are going through something that is emotionally taxing it is very hard to see the bright side, but when someone tries to cheer you up they are doing it from their heart, as a friend. They are doing it because they love you. And if the advice is not from a friend then why did you tell that person about your problems in the first place? Why bring it up if you were just going to snap at any attempt they made to help you?
