**well yes, but actually no** I supposed technically it would be correct to say the brain is matter, and the mind is energy. That seemed a bit strange however. You are right though, being in the physical world, it is a physical phenomenon, and is physical. I just don't think most people think of electricity and energy as physical despite *e=mc^2* I was making a linguistic choice
