If aging is a physical process, and the brain is physical, and the mind is electrical. Then the mind doesn't age, only the brain. amirite?

I supposed technically it would be correct to say the brain is matter, and the mind is energy. That seemed a bit strange however.

You are right though, being in the physical world, it is a physical phenomenon, and is physical.

I just don't think most people think of electricity and energy as physical despite e=mc2

You could just say "non-physical" or "mental". These are the terms I hear philosophers of mind use, anyway.
