Now we're getting all technical - a burrito doesn't just unroll handily, it's folded and [partially] sealed ...making it more envelope-like A pita is open on one side (but the time you're making it into a sandwich) - like a file folder A calzone is the Italian version of a burrito (or maybe of a chimichanga (but not deep fried)), but made out of pizza dough instead of tortilla ...and now I've spent ***WAY*** more mental energy on this than any one should Lol
