It must be, I get it hearing loud rumbling after living in a flat next to a 6-lane main road for nearly 2yrs. Everything rattled. I hear traffic(that low rumble in a building) and I'm done. Had to move to the sticks to escape it and get better. No traffic where I am now and feel good about life. I think it's a bigger issue than people realise, that kind of wearing a person down probably leads to all kinds of illnesses.
