Just watched an Into the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman episode discussing reality and one part focused on free will. Brain scans show that choices are made in the frontal cortex before we decide to make a choice and take action. Free will appears to not be so free after all.

It's not. You are free to think and do whatever you want. You can always break the circle of predetermination.
