A surprising amount of expensive art is literally just some squiggles and splotches, though? If it were drawn by an elephant I can see why it would be valuable, but most are drawn by people.

Then why don't you just make some squiggles and blotches, sell your artwork for an exorbitant amount of money, and retire….if it's so easy.
