Google it, it literally isn't. Alopecia is the medical term for balding. Areata medical term for patchy. Aka patchy balding. This is why toupees have been a thing for hundreds of years.

Well then here we are, stuck in a society where people think its ok to joke about such diseases. For decades people have been fighting for equality and this comedian thinks it doesn't apply to him because he needs to make an audience laugh? Why doesn't he make a joke about his own wife and one of her illnesses if it's that funny to joke about? I'm not a comedian but if you want to tell me something about your wife ill make jokes about it and see how you like it ?
