That is a common misconception about space. Things do not look like they are moving in slow motion on the Moon. The astronauts moved slowly because they were wearing bulky suits and were being careful. With no wind resistance and enough practice moving around in low gravity, you could move crazy fast. You could also throw a football just as fast as you could on Earth. It would just go way further. Any random person could probably kick a field goal from the opposite goal line.
