That doesn't make it a body part, a body part by definition is "a part of an organism such as an organ or an extremity". As hair is a chemical byproduct being made up of dead keratin cells like finger nails it is not a body part itself. The term body part does not include the entire body it is a term used for specific parts of the body.

Come to Asia. We welcome your visit BTW even optometrists don't need license from the government (at least in my country). I recommend buying a cheap and fancy pair of glasses when you come to Asia
