+167 If intangible objects existed, we wouldnt be able to see them anyways because light would pass through. amirite?

A holographic object is considered intangible while being fully visible

Light is tangible(technically because it can reflect) , if something were to be truly intangible light would pass right thru it

But the light is not the intangible object in the case of a hologram, the holographic object is.

Isnt a hologram made out of light?

Intangible means it cannot be perceped by touch alone (tho the use of the word can be very abstract ie. technicaly the concept of say, freedom could be descipted as intangible) We could however perceive thing in differant ways, dark matter can be descripted as intangible, but we could still detect it by looking at gravitational lensing where gravity causes the light to bend around an 'intangible object' to become distorted But then you could argue if we were to get close enough we would probably feel the gravitational pull on our bodies, which would make it tangible again

Invisible Intangible Inaudible Inedible? Irrelevant.

Can you touch smoke?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Yes, you can also light it on fire

by Anonymous 1 year ago

So you can detect smoke by means of pressure sensors in your skin?

by Anonymous 1 year ago

Dark matter. What you're describing is a concept in physics.
