Baked bacon is the best bacon though
I was in Britain and they bake their bacon. I tried it when I got back. Even though baking does a better job, it's way easier to clean a skillet than the oven.
That's true, it definitely makes more of a mess.
Air fryer bacon is now my favorite. Less effort, less mess, and easy to make small or large batches.
