It's not clear on what you mean there. If an anniversary is a fixed date like 21 June, it's like a birthday: you don't get a choice of the day of the week. An anniversary *celebration* might be scheduled for the weekend, but that's a different question.

Ya, but no. Because the day on a particular date shifts forward every year. For example, Jan 1 2021 is a Friday and Jan 1 2022 is a Saturday So, over the course of 7 years, all the anniversaries are spread over the week.
