They can hunt for truffles, which is more than cattle can do.

Beware any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through bone like buttah!

There is nothing quite like driving in Iowa during a hot summer day past miles of hog farms. Such a sweet smell that the locals are just use to.

They share similarities with the human DNA and body anatomy, surely they'll have more uses than just meat. Not on a farm though..

You're so incredibly wrong. Pigs can be trained to find truffles, drugs, and people. Just like dogs. Pigs can be trained to recognize emotional distress and offer comfort. Pigs can be trained to wear harnesses and carry things(this one isn't recommended because they love rolling). Most pigs I've met are smarter than most people I've met, and they were all a hell of a lot cleaner than some people too.

I imagine their poo is decent fertilizer...I am not a farmer nor an expert on poo.... regardless...it should be right?

They were traditionally a waste disposal unit, they eat pretty much anything which makes getting rid of food scraps and bones pretty easy.

False, pigs have historically been used to find valuable fungi. They are also pretty much a natural terraforming machine.

The dude ranch I go to recently got pigs because they had too many leftovers after making meals for 50+ people 3 days a week. Pigs will eat anything, thereby turning anything into pork.

They're a forager that's great for keeping encroachment back, can find truffles, process waste particles into manure. Theyre on the same magnitude as a cow or goat for usefulness thru lifespan.
