Most crimes are basically just things animals do to each other all the time we'll probably never get the natural instincts out of us.

You basically said "Unsolved problems exist because of the lack of training to solve the problems" You took a general truth when it comes to Problem and Solving and shoved in "crime" into it.

Crime is caused by three main problems: I. Sadistic people, there is mental illness. II. Ignorance and obliviousness, white privilege for example. III. Desperation I think we can solve II and III through training, not sure about mentally ill people who can hide their illness. Overall, I agree.
