This is true. However, I think lunch dinner and breakfast are more based on social norms.
Example:
Breakfast (anything before 10 otherwise it's considered brunch)
Lunch (12-3)
Dinner (5 if you're older… 7+ for younger people.: but usually before 10)
I think meals are based on times, rather than time being awake.
The only situation this would differ, would be that of nightshifts/nocturnal
