Dreams prove that we aren't in control of our brains for the most part, amirite?

What would it even mean to "control your brain"? It's an interesting question to consider.

Do you control your brain, or does your brain control you?

Some people say "you are your brain"--but does that include all the neurotransmitters in it? Are they also "you"?

And what about cases where a brain tumor affects the way the brain works? Are you the tumor as well, or is that part of the brain somehow no longer "you"?

All interesting questions, all hard to answer.
