I mean, technically no one "speaks" sign language. But yes, blind people can learn to sign. Their eyes don't work, doesn't mean they can still learn hand motions lol

For some reason my brain replaced sign language with braille and I was like well one could read it to anyone

Someone's never heard of Helen Keller. Blind people don't use *visual* sign languages. But they do use *tactile* sign languages.
