They won't just have an accent, but half their language will be different. Kinda like talking to someone from Scotland.

Martians in the Expanse have a Texan accent. The book mentions that it's driven by fashion rather than them all have descended from actual Texans.

Mars won't be colonized in our life span so this is something that we don't have to deal with 😃 And to those who want to answer like "BuT Conman XYZ said...." No. There are a lot of good sources out there where you can learn about problems that won't be fixed in our life span to have a real mars population.
