I went to Electric Forest a few years back and they had a perk for fest goers to bring in trash bags, collected from grounds, full of garbage and another incentives for bringing in cigarette butts. I seen a ridiculous amount of drugged up zombies collecting butts and trash and the fest was super clean. Except the bathrooms lol

Its all going in the dumpster regardless. At least this way, they are legally disposing of it rather than some poor dudes yard on the way out.
