Mammoth is immoral due to it having no sustainable biosphere requirements any more.
It would be great for current extent species i.e condors if we can work out the kinks

@JimKB asides from the moral and climate implications etc would you like to see one?

It would have to live in captivity and it's numbers would have to be controlled since there's not really any place for it to live in the wild anymore

So you're essentially creating life for the sole purpose of using it as entertainment in captivity

I would, but...people tend to forget that mammoths are literally elephants. That is, Asian elephants are more closely related to mammoths than they are to the African elephants. Sure, I'd like to see one, but it won't be nearly as spectacular as people imagine, unfortunately. Well, elephants are spectacular, but you know
