Pictures with exotic animals are wildly unattractive, amirite?
by Anonymous2 years ago
There was this guy at seaside town that would charge for photos with beautiful (tame) parrot. And as people tend to go out in the evening poor thing had to work night shift too. Birds naturally fall asleep when it's dark and he was kept awake with a lamp and constant poking. He was so tired, struggling for hours. Wanted to bite but somehow gave up choosing to repeatedly chew on some toy instead. Not the most extreme case but still a very sad picture in my mind years later

That is really sad.

do you consider ball pythons "exotic"?

Really? I think it's kinda hot.

Not all animals are violent blood thirsty monsters especially if well fed and well looked after
by Anonymous2 years ago
Yeah, but animals aren't meant to be put on display and made to pose with hundreds of people a day

You are absolutely right they should be free, wild…have to hunt every day for their food…or starve to death. Thats the way any animal should die…dare they be given a meal

It's so much better to steal little baby orangutans from their mother and homes in the jungle to keep the in tiny little wire cages to spend the entirety of their life being poked, prodded and gawked at by locals and tourists. But at least they don't have to pick a berry off of a tree and eat it! That's too hard for them to do even though they have been evolving for thousands of years for that exact purpose

What if there is an injured lion which needs some food and some company? Why not just make sure they're comfortable and have food?
by Anonymous2 years ago
They don't take injured lions to sell on the black market. They take cubs and babies.
by Anonymous2 years ago
Im not talking about black markets you brain dead mammal
by Anonymous2 years ago
What animals are you talking about then? How about the chimpanzees that people take pictures with on the beeches in Spain? Oh. They were stolen from their parents like the ones sold on the black markets
