It's this incredible sound that I would describe as the perfect melding of beautiful whale some, the scream of a bald Eagle flying through the Grand Canyon, and the excited chattering of happy children. It's glorious and will change your life when you hear it.

If I'm in the wild and do not have a visual how would I know the difference between normal giraffe noises, mating calls, warning sounds, etc?

If you becoming spontaneously aroused it's a mating call. The other is a warning.
