+128 Quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers and other older players could easily be replaced by younger better players but they keep their spot for the brand name and viewer retention. amirite?

Teams try this exact strategy every year. It's called the NFL draft. Most of the time the younger "better" players fail miserably. Older players may not be as athletic as younger players but they can be much smarter which is far more valuable.

Let's compare some young QB stats with Aaron Rodgers today Kenny Pickett (the only rookie this year good enough to play): 10/13 120 yards 0 TDs 3 INTs Trevor Lawrence: 11/23 174 yards 2 TDs 1 INT and 4 (!!!!) fumbles Davis Mills 26/35 246 yards 2 TDs 2 INTs Zach Wilson 18/36 252 yars 1 TD 2 INTs Justin Fields 11/22 174 yards 0 TDs Rodgers: 21/35 251 yards 2 TDs 1 INT And that's a horrible game for Rodgers lmao

Hahahaha!!!!!!Hahaha!!! Are you talking about the reigning MVP of the league Aaron Rodgers? You obviously know nothing about NFL football. After your idiotic statement, I don't even care if you have anything else to say. I'm a Chiefs fan btw so I have no stake in this.

Exactly. Rodgers has been the league MVP for times including the last 2 seasons. Probably no better QB for the 2 minute drill. His Hail Mary's are the stuff of legend. BTW no a Packers fan at all but still think Radgers is the best QB in the league right now.

Then why aren't they lol Rookie quarterbacks are literally 10x cheaper

You do realize that quarterback is one of the few positions that age and experience is more desirable than youthfulness and athleticism right? How many times has a young buck lost to a veteran in the super bowl? The Vikings didnt sign Favre in the twilight of his career to sell seats, they did it to win and finally make the playoffs

Sports is a business first, it's not about no-name players who don't put asses in the seats and eyeballs on the TV. Until and if they do.

People pay big bucks to see these tried and true very competitive QBs play.
