Cordless power tools are generally superior to corded ones in most classes they're offered in. Even the 40v Dewalt weedwacker I have at home is pretty great. Does my whole front and back lawns with garden beds, trees, around the house and garage, etc. on just one battery. Got a fancy ass cordless vacuum a couple years ago on Black Friday, that thing wrecks.
Depends. 110v versus 40v can really make a big difference torque wise. With yard tools though, not having to drag an extension cord around, which inevitably gets stuck on any and every object in your yard, is a bonus. But I will say the cordless battery leaf blowers are weak sauce, and borderline useless.
I mean, do they out perform? Usually. Is it a pain if you're somewhere without or with limited outlets? Definitely.
By the time I've run a cord to my back fence to cut down a metal rod, I could've done the job 4x over.
If you primarily do things in a workshop or garage then I'd totally agree, but for general construction or home improvement, wireless every time.
Depends on the device, my wired headphones are garbage, and constantly disconnect/go silent while plugged in so I have to keep plugging and unplugging them. Obviously it's not the biggest deal but on a long train or car ride it sucks to keep zoning in and out.
Corded general hand tools can just die already skrev driver impact driver sawsal grinder for light to medium duty battery is fasr superior.
For dedicated tools chopsaw mixer larger drills like rotohamer Corded is the way to go just because the use time is longer than battery's can sustain

I still use wired headphones though.
Wireless headphones are great and I'll never go back. I like my wired mouse though x3
Oh yeah I forgot about my mouse. It's wireless, but I always plug it in online for minimum lag.

Yeah the leaf blowers are pretty useless. I was more thinking of screw guns, sawzalls, circular saws, etc.
I can understand.
But tell this to the kid with an iphone and a slit throat. His family's reasoning is more preferable.
Wireless vacuums have carrying pod things just keep it there charging when you're not using it

My gas powered lawn mower disagrees.
gas power is definitely not the same as battery power!
It totally depends in the device. You can't generalize all products
It depends on your needs, the device and the build quality. Do you want your mobile phone to rely on ethernet? There's are reasons they all use WiFi.
Battery powered things exist?
I agree. Other than my phone of course haha
