I get so jealous of the people with such an amazing life that they have time and effort to think about and complain about things like this
by Anonymous2 years ago
Seriously, like imagine having such a chill life, that just adding the words "so much" after "thank you" ruffles your feathers lmao.

When mom and dad own the house you live in...you find time to do many things the average home owner, family person doesn't have the luxury for.

Caring about this is much more dumb.

It's just another way to say thank you mate, it's not that serious.

I used it for after I get a blowjob and swallows. I say "thanks so much! Now there's no clean up"

Thank you so much for sharing this info

She is just doing her job, but chances are she's not getting paid nearly enough for it. All cashiers deserve to be thanked SO much.

I agree. I guess I'm basing this more on fake-sounding thanks, which I didn't personally appreciate being the recipient of a few times (in the US actually, maybe it's my misinterpretation?)
by Anonymous2 years ago
I always say it like that lol

I'm kind of in the same vein, except I often hear complaints that I don't say thanks enough. I don't think "thanks" loses its meaning the more you say it, nor does "tysm". But, it's important to say it when you mean it anyway.

Thank you so much

Wow, thank you so much!

double plus thanks
by Anonymous2 years ago
Getting upset over a heartfelt, well meant thank you over some wording is pretty dumb too.

Sigh.. I really should have spent more time on the title. It seems no-one reads the main text

> "Thank you" or just "Thanks" with a smile, and kind eye contact.
"Kind eye contact" sounds like something a psychopath trying to emulate emotions would say lol. Not saying you are one, I just found this more uncomfortable than someone saying "thanks so much", which isn't a big deal at all.

Haha fair enough :)
by Anonymous2 years ago
I have a problem with that and saying sorry to much
