Rosacea isn't just a flushed, "glowy" look.
It can cause swelling, and pus-filled bumps called pustules, thickened skin on the face and an enlarged, bulbous nose (rhinophyma). People with rosacea may feel itching, stinging, or burning sensations in affected areas.

I worked with someone who was pallid due to disease. It also made thin, with dark shadows around her eyes. People sad she looked good. I felt bad for her.

Oooooh I've always wondered what that was. White women get it a lot. I'm into reptiles, the bumpy scaliness is an interesting texture. Yeah for the mild cases I can see it as like a perma blush that won't smear. It reminds me a bit of the east asian alcohol blush.
