My cat does do a very distinctive meow when I walk into the room she's in, but I think it translates to, "HI!!"

My partner's cat (a feral born alpha female) definitely had a distinctive Meow for me - I'm pretty sure it meant "go f*** yourself".

One of my cats (we have 3) has a district call for one of nother cat. When he is looking for him he calls him (sounds like 'wow wow?'). I haven't noticed if the other one realize if he is being called but the pattern is clear, he looks for him and calls 'wow wow?' frequently until he finds him. This call is nothing alike what we call that cat (which is Frodo). The other cat does not respond or comes to the wow wow?. I haven't found that he has a distinct call for the 3th cat, me, wife or the kids yet.

They most likely do. Animals do have names for each other, I believe it's been studied and proven
