None of this has to do with being introverted.

As an introvert, it's frustrating to see people using their introversion as an excuse for things. Introversion makes these things harder, sure, but others are trying to work with me. That should be respected, and in my case I usually try to do my best for them.

Are they actually introverts or they just say that? Introverts are usually fine with group projects and doing their share. They just need decompression time to themselves between group activities. It could be your classmates are just selfish, or it could be they're on the spectrum and don't know it.
