You found anxiety attacks being treated seriously in media and not played off as a joke, or being told to "toughen up", just a lame silly cat movie??! i found the character "death" flat and boring. i found the character puss flat and boring. the anxiety attacks were an interesting part of the movie, i will say, but did he not "toughen up" in the end anyway? still, they were painfully one dimensional

I meant the chihuahua character just sitting on chest till he relaxed and calmed down and said that it's okay to be scared, than telling him that he was being pathetic, like Puss's self past life's did in the crystal room.

that's true, i wish they leaned into the "therapy dog" storyline more, i found that the only time that the dog was at all tolerable as a character.

The whole point of the therapy dog storyline was that you were supposed to brush it off as nothing, or just the dog being stupid and naïve, only for it to become as very important later on. As other's online have pointed out, this kid's movie did a character having an anxiety attack better than a Marvel movie made for a much older audience.

I haven't seen it yet but…It's a childrens movie lol. Tbh I don't know of a lot of kids movies that are actually good. I'd say it comes down to how you interpret the movie rather than what's actually being presented.

yes, i will say the animation was pretty good, and i loved the old school style of the fight scenes.
