To chase your dreams you have to be awake. amirite?

I like this, but falling in and out of awareness over a period of time is very dangerous and puts one's life in a state of uncertainty. Yoga helps bring the body to a condition where it is not tired. Fascia develops and it's tightness is related to significant pain in an area, (lower back and neck) especially if you don't exercise often. The body is connected to the mind in more ways than one might think.
